1. Overview

DIGITAL Planeta ("we", "us", "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose personal data when you use the DIGITALNA Planeta website located at https://www.digitalplaneta.io and all associated services (the "Services"). It also explains your rights and choices regarding your personal data.

The Site and Services are operated by TANNVI Group FZE LLC, UAE Trade Licence 4417180.01, registered office at Latifa Tower, 14th Floor, Suite 1408, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For purposes of applicable EU data protection legislation, we act as the data controller. This policy covers all users of the Services, including registered account holders and visitors. By using the Site or Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy

2. What Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Data You Provide Directly

  • Registration data: Your email address when you create an account.

  • Profile data: Any optional additional information you choose to provide.

  • Communications: Messages, support requests, or survey responses you submit to us.

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

When you use the Site or Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type.

  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, navigation paths, clicks, referral URLs, frequency and pattern of use.

  • Transaction data: Subscription type, plan selected, payment date (but not full card numbers — see Section 2.3)

2.3 Data from Payment Processors

When you make a payment, our third-party payment processors from UAE or PayPal provide us with limited transaction data, which may include your name, email address, country, postcode, and the last four digits of your card. We do not store or have access to your full card number, CVV, or bank account details — these are handled entirely by the payment processor

2.4 Data from Third-Party Services

If you choose to connect third-party services (e.g., for backup or account login), we may receive data from those services in accordance with their privacy policies and the permissions you grant

2.5 Card Details for Recurring Subscriptions

With your explicit consent at the time of subscription, we authorise our payment processor to store your card details for automatic subscription renewal. This consent is required before payment is processed. Your card details are stored by the payment processor, not by us. They will be used only for renewing your subscription until you explicitly cancel. You may withdraw this consent at any time by cancelling your subscription

3. Why We Retain Personal Data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, or for our legitimate business interests. When your account is closed, we take steps to anonymise or delete your personal data in accordance with applicable law.
